VIDDAZZLE AGENCY · INDEPENDENT SALES ROLE

Apply to be an Account Executive

Sell VidDazzle Agency's services to business owners as an independent, commission-only Account Executive. You work remotely and set your own schedule.

Independent 1099 contractor role. Commission only. No base pay.

The role at a glance

Independent contractor (1099)

You run your own business. This isn't employment, so there's no salary, base pay, or benefits, and you handle your own taxes.

Commission only

You earn commission on the sales you make, paid only on collected, non-refunded sales.

Remote and flexible

Work from wherever you're set up to work. You set your own schedule.

Selling to businesses

You talk with business owners about services that help them get found, stay visible, and save time. You sell to businesses, not consumers.

Four brands, one agency

  • VidDazzle websites: done-for-you custom websites for businesses, from the first conversation to launch.
  • VidDazzle Social: managed social media for businesses. We plan, create, schedule, and report.
  • Evolve: managed AI automation services, built and run for businesses, that take repetitive work off their plate.
  • VidBow: a website that communicates and demonstrates value.

You'll use approved materials and list prices. Only Martin approves pricing changes.

How commission works

  • Website builds: 15% of the build fee. For example, a $1,497 Business website build pays a $224.55 commission once the client's payment is collected.
  • Monthly subscription plans: eligible monthly subscription plans also pay commission. Rates and details are shared after you're accepted.
  • Collected, non-refunded sales only. Commission is earned when the client's payment is collected. If a sale is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed.
  • Paid by PayPal. A completed W-9 is required before any payout.
  • In writing. Full terms are in the independent contractor agreement and commission plan, which you review before you start.

The example shows how the math works. It isn't a promise of any sale or any amount of income. What you earn depends on the sales you make.

Training comes first

Before you get live leads, you complete our training on the products, pricing, and sales rules, then pass a short quiz. When leads are shared, they're shared at our discretion. We don't promise any number or type of leads, and you can also find and register your own prospects.

What we expect from every Account Executive:

  • Be honest with prospects. No overpromising, and no promises about results.
  • Use approved materials and list prices.
  • Follow the rules for calls, texts, and emails, including do-not-call requests.
  • Keep accurate records of your prospects and deals.

FAQ

Is this a job?

No. Account Executives are independent contractors (1099), not employees. You run your own business and set your own schedule.

Is there a base pay, draw, or benefits?

No. The role is commission-only. Commission is paid on collected, non-refunded sales.

Where do I need to be?

It's remote. You work from wherever you're set up to work.

Can I do other work?

Yes, as long as it doesn't conflict with your agreement. For example, you can't pitch a directly competing offer to the same prospect at the same time.

How is this different from the Affiliates program?

Affiliates refer business owners, and VidDazzle Agency runs the sale. Account Executives run the sales conversation themselves. One client account pays commission to an Account Executive or an affiliate, never both.

When will I hear back?

Martin reviews every application. Qualified applicants get an invitation to the next step.

Small print

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not employment. Commission is earned only on collected, non-refunded sales, under a written agreement and commission plan. Nothing on this page is a promise or estimate of income. Submitting an application doesn't create an agreement or engagement. VidDazzle Agency reviews applications on sales-related experience and fit, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
